Homeowners are required to submit plans for any and all exterior improvements for approval to the Architectural Control Committee prior to installation or changes. Our goal is to ensure choices are in harmony with the overall appearance of the community.
Please feel free to contact the HOA Board if you have any questions or concerns regarding rules & regulations any instance to which you feel there may be a potential violation.
Yard Maintenance – Please be mindful of the rules that govern our HOA and maintain your yard!
Garage Bins – Bins need to be placed/retrieved within no later than 24 hrs. before/after normal scheduled garbage service. Please remember to store bins in areas where bins cannot be seen by other homeowners.
Structures – Notices have been mailed out to a number of homeowners regarding unapproved structures on lots within our community. If you would like to place a shed or outbuilding on your property you need to submit an application to the Architectural Control Committee for approval. Picking up after your pets – Please pick up after your pet especially in and around children’s play areas.
Common Areas – Please report ANY vandalism or mistreatment of our designated community areas. Costs for unexpected repairs limits the HOA’s ability to adequately budget for other critical projects and improvements. Please report all suspicious behavior and incidents to the City of Sammamish Police Department. If there is damage to HOA property please also report it to the Board of Directors.
Parking – No parking is permitted in easement areas. No RV or boat parking is allowed anywhere in front of the house or in the driveway. All illegally parked cars will be towed at owner’s expense.
